| PTO Fundraising Opportunities | |
| Why
does Huntertown PTO raise funds? We do it to support our teachers,
students, and families! The PTO doesn't just sponsor fun, student and family events, and decorate the cafeteria on holidays. Monies generated from PTO fundraising efforts also support busses for field trips, special educational opportunities, student scholarships for special events, teachers' supplies, educational equipment and/or materials when the WCSB budget falls short, as well as other things to improve Huntertown (last year was improving the playground). ALL of our fundraisers are for good reasons......OUR KIDS!! We want to do all that we can to enhance our children's educational experience at Huntertown! |

| Recycle for Education | |
| Huntertown will get $3 for every eligible ink or toner cartridge AND cell phones you collect through Staples Recycle for Education Program. Bring your old inkjet, laser or toner cartridges in a sealed plastic bag to collection boxes at Huntertown. It's easy, good for the environment and a great way to support our school. We are also currently working with Lexmark to participate in their pilot cartridge recycling program when it becomes available. | |
