November 16, 2006 minutes: Change citizen to student in minutes
(Debbie Webb motioned to approve the November minutes, motion was
seconded)

member introductions: Parent- Robert Stromberg, Teacher- Becky

- Discussion
of new gym- the board is working on it. Gates to close of entrance
are being prepared to install- problem with dogs on campus and
clean-up issues discussed

Committee reports; Budget report- music and gym budget need to be
$500.00 to replace instruments, strings, equipment etc. Extra money
to math and reading rooms

program discussed
- SBDM
training dates set: Robert Stromberg- 6 hrs needed as 1st
time SBDM council member everyone else three hours needed. January
18, 2007 4pm-7pm. Training will be our meeting date for January
unless we have a pressing issue

an overview of the SBDM Council notebooks
- Time
limit for meetings discussed 1 ½
hours, can go longer if all are in agreement.

budget- Reduction to math and book room to establish a custodial
fund, printer cartridges are a large expense, budget correction to
teaching supplies
